Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of software across multiple teams in a two-week sprint cycle Manage the end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering/IT 5+ year as Scrum Master Scrum Master certification Expert JIRA/ Scrum/ Agile experience Strong Agile understanding with a comprehensive combination of execution and training in Scrum methodology Expert knowledge of an Agile framework or method and understanding of software development lifecycle models Experienced in establishing automated reports metrics leveraging JIRA for tracking/ forecasting managing work efforts across teams Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly address issues or problems Ability to coach and build a collaborative team of diverse individuals located across multiple locations Ability to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensure alignment with priorities and schedule, and ensure the team is fully deployed and productive Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Proficiency in refinement, story grooming, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, PI planning and other Scrum techniques Experience in planning and problem-solving Desired skills: Previous software coding experience Safe Agile certification Pay Range: $73.08 - $81.08 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
