Position Description

The Corporate Digital Specialist II sits in the Corporate Communications team and has primary responsibility for developing and executing Modine's corporate digital strategy to support corporate growth priorities. This includes day-to-day responsibility for Modine's website and social media accounts and content creation, among other responsibilities related to external communication. The successful candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver and with the ability to take ownership of and work independently on multiple projects in a dynamic, growing environment. While this position involves raising external awareness of Modine's corporate brand, it is not connected to sales targets. Familiarity working in a B2B 80/20 environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Modine's digital communication content strategy and execution, encompassing website, search, social, video, graphic design, etc.
  • Oversee Modine.com corporate website (WordPress platform), regularly updating content, conducting audits, applying on-page SEO techniques and strategy, and using Google Analytics; serve as point person for all corporate website questions; take a lead role in redesigning Modine's corporate website and be the key contact between external agencies and in-house IT.
  • Create and manage content for Modine's corporate channels, often creating graphics and visual assets in house. Maintain and update corporate brand materials such as logos, maps, brochure, presentations, etc.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure that content is scheduled, coordinated, and successfully implanted; identify and use metrics to regularly evaluate content and channel effectiveness, making continuous improvements
  • Work effectively across independent business segments managing their own digital channels to identify, share, and amplify content based on corporate digital strategy
  • Support governance of digital channels to ensure each is owned and properly managed in line with Modine standards
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively
  • Keep current with digital trends and recommend tools to maximize efficiency
  • Serve as the communications lead on select projects, providing content, brand management, and programmatic support
  • As needed, support the management of external agencies to deliver high-quality materials on-time and on-budget
Required Education & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing and creating content for corporate websites and social channels
  • Experience using WordPress and Google Analytics, and thorough understanding of SEO implementation and reporting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools (ex: Vimeo, MS ClipChamp)
  • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills demonstrating ability to develop and articulate preferred strategies as well as alternative approaches
  • Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, quickly establishing rapport and building productive relationships; ability to successfully navigate and resolve conflict
  • Experience being discreet and maintaining confidentiality
  • Comfortable using range of Microsoft Office 365 products
