Join the Macquarie Asset Management Data Office team in a global role and collaborate with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific to support the uplift of data capabilities and to ensure regulatory obligations are met. What role will you play?

Working as a key member of a team with capabilities in data quality, data advisory and risk management, you will drive the implementation of data management best practices to enable a data-driven and data risk management culture. You will leverage your expertise in Data Management to develop, manage and implement data frameworks to align with Macquarie policies and to meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand the business context of prospective change and will leverage strong stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills to support the implementation of data management frameworks.
Salary range for this position: $95,000-125,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Consulting in the Data/Risk space
  • Implementation of data governance program and advanced skills using data governance tools such as Collibra
  • Strong interpersonal skills in establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels with a focus on effectively managing expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong delivery skills gained through project or implementation experience, with the ability to work in a process-oriented manner to see tasks through to completion.
