Job Summary: The HRIS Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's HR Information Systems (HRIS), specifically focusing on PeopleSoft and Workday platforms. This role involves system configuration, reporting, data management, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various HR and IT teams to ensure optimal system performance. The HRIS Systems Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, recommending system enhancements, and implementing best practices to improve HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration & Maintenance: * Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the PeopleSoft and Workday systems. * Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and system functionality. * Configure and update system settings, workflows, and security permissions.

2. Data Management & Reporting: * Develop, generate, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. * Maintain data accuracy by implementing effective data validation and correction procedures.

3. Process Improvement & Project Management: * Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations by leveraging system capabilities. * Lead or assist in HRIS-related projects, including new system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, test solutions, and manage change control.

4. User Support & Training: * Provide technical support to HR, IT, and other end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner. * Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to improve system adoption and proficiency. * Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on PeopleSoft and Workday modules.

5. Compliance & Security: * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and HR policies by monitoring system access and security protocols. * Support internal and external audits by providing relevant data and system documentation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with a focus on PeopleSoft and Workday.

* Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management.

* Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and process automation.

* Proficiency in reporting tools such as Workday Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, or similar.

* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with HRIS integrations and data migrations.
* Knowledge of SQL and database management.
* Workday certification or other relevant HRIS certifications.

Working Conditions: This role typically operates in a standard office environment. Occasional remote work may be available depending on business needs.
