QPS Employment Group is hiring an Onsite Recruiter in Littleton, CO. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated, goal-driven, committed to hard work, and can embrace change. This position is responsible for keeping QPS Associate Employees active and engaged throughout their first week of training and employment to ensure established goals are met and QPS turnover expectations are satisfied. Through early intervention and appropriate support, they are devoted to helping QPS Associate Employees stay motivated while working in temporary employment and focused on their efforts to retain permanent employment with the client. This is a permanent full-time, internal opportunity with QPS.

Duties:
  • Provide follow-up to QPS Associate Employees after job placement to ensure job retention and the elimination of barriers that may impede job retention
  • Help QPS Associate Employees stay motivated while working in temporary employment and focused on their efforts to retain permanent employment as they transition into customer employment opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of OJT with each associates employee
  • Provide one-on-one individual feedback during first week on the job and activities outlined in skill development plan
  • Provide meaningful coaching and follow-up services to associates
  • Monitor and track QPS Associate Employees' feedback and progress utilizing weekly targeted case management including communication and presentations to client and leadership.
  • Assess individuals for additional training and coordinate with client Supervisors and QPS On-site leadership.
  • Ensure that associate employees have access to and are receiving all needed support services
  • Ensure onboarding documentation is current, accurate, thorough and complaint with established policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports related to program activities
