Assembler Shift: 1st shift, (7am-3pm) Pay: $16-$18/Hr. (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks using hand tools. Complete assembly tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety regulations and guidelines during work processes. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively within a team, communicating constructively with all staff levels. Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
