Acara Solutions is in seeking a Document Custodian Reviewer for our client, a Fortune 500 Bank in Buffalo, NY!

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

  • Administrative, document control, or filing experience, preferably in the banking industry!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills

Here's what you'll do:

  • Complete basic data matching of documents based on agency guidelines or custodial agreements for non-agency documents for Institutional clients.
  • Match the data on the Document Custody tracking system to original documents. The data for review is uploaded to the tracking system for reporting and tracking of file movement and storage.
  • Determine if a document is an original or copy and update the tracking system accordingly.
  • Follow basic review criteria according to established procedures.
  • Update the tracking system with exceptions found or addressed as documents are reviewed.

Type: Contract (3 months)

Pay: $18/hr.

Schedule: M-F 1st shift **100% Onsite

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years' administrative, document control, or filing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Banking experience.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good alpha/numeric skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift 30-50 pounds.
  • Able to climb on a ladder and/or stool and bend for filing.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
