Acara Solution and our client in Scottsdale, AZ has 3 contract-to-direct hire positions available.

Network Integration Specialist

Experience Required: 2 years
Clearance: Not needed at the time of hire
Role Overview:
As a member of the MUOS program team, you will play a key role in integrating various network devices, configuring operating systems, applying patches, and troubleshooting network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a range of network devices, including servers (Linux/Windows), firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Engage in scripting using languages like Bash, PHP, or Python.
  • Participate in cyber hardening and virtualization efforts.
  • Contribute to Java development as needed.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Linux/Windows servers
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Operating Systems and patching
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Application installations
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • Exposure to COTS network firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Experience with Linux Scripting (Bash/PHP/Python)
  • Experience with Java software development
  • Exposure to Virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare.)
  • Integration test experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Documentation writing skills
