Description

Hiring an Electronic Test Technician for a global electronics manufacturing company in Ronkonkoma, NY. This role is a 6-Month contract, Pay $21 - 23 - 25/HR (DOE), and Days Shift. Performs testing and troubleshooting of high voltage electronic units to meet production schedules. Will follow instructions to troubleshoot high-voltage power units.

Job Title: Electronic Test Technician

Duration: 6-Month contract project

Pay Rate: $24 - 26 - 28/HR (DOE)

Schedule: Mon - Fri / 7am - 3:30pm

Client Location: Ronkonkoma, NY

Work Duties "At-a-Glance":

  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of high voltage electronic units to meet scheduling and performance standards
  • Use test procedures and equipment, drawings, schematics to test and troubleshoot high voltage power units
  • Maintain fixtures, perform calibration, and corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Perform set-up, calibrations, to troubleshoot electronic circuits, components, and assemblies
  • Provide accurate documentation for testing results
Job Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • AS degree in Electronics or related field
  • 1 year experience testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits and assemblies
  • Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices
