The Payroll Supervisor supervises the daily operation of the payroll unit, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Processes and distributes payroll checks for all payroll cycles and provides support for payroll accounting and related regulatory reporting and filing requirements. Optimizes the contribution of the team through directing, coaching, and counseling. Provides information and assistance to MPS management and employees in all aspects of payroll and works with the Payroll Manager to define standards and reusable approaches for Payroll operations.
