Position Title: Printing Press Technician
Wage: $26.00 per hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am (Sun-Thurs) Do you have a keen eye for color, quality, and details with a background in machine operating and printing press experience? Printing Press Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on print machine and ancillary equipment. - Inspecting product specifications and making adjustments, or changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. - Reads and interprets artwork and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion. - Ability to learn commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the print field. - Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. - Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment. - Housekeeping and sanitation as defined by plant leadership.
