Description

First year potential total compensation is $110,000

Base: 44K-47K, depending on experience.



  • Annual Inherited commissions on existing list of accounts of $30,000 expected, paid monthly
  • Annual transactional commissions of $7,800 expected at 100% of quota, paid monthly. Additional uncapped transactional commission opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Annual bonus opportunity $4,800 at 100% of quota, paid quarterly
  • $4,200 annual expense allowance for car and phone, paid biweekly
  • Other additional performance-based incentives are rolled out consistently to motivate additional sales.

As the Managed Print Sales (MPaaS) Specialist based in the New England marketplace ( Salem, NH, Boston, MA) you will enjoy making a positive impact to local businesses through spearheading B2B sales of Toshiba's complete line of managed print services and print solutions.

Your core focus as Managed Print Sales (MPaaS) Specialist will be to foster strong client relationships, provide consultative guidance on offerings, and coordinate training.

In addition, you will play a critical role bringing cutting-edge managed print solutions to our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities.

What you'll do



  • Drive sales revenue, market share, and quota achievement within your territory
  • Provide effective account management and represent Toshiba as a brand ambassador
  • Present, sell and coordinate Toshiba products, services and MPaaS solutions
  • Actively prospect for new business and achieve a high conversion rate of warm leads
  • Adopt Toshiba's sales excellence culture in the areas if process, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Build and manage territory and prospecting plans and strategic accounts
  • Partner with clients to understand and identify their goals and needs
  • Align Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist
  • Conduct presentations, demos, examinations, and audits to capture needs
  • Coordinate sales terms and implementations
  • Advise management and MPaaS analysts on sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends influencing the marketplace



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 4 or more years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Selling experience with technology sales, professional and/or managed services, or industry-related experience. Specialized knowledge in Managed Print Services products and offerings is required.
  • Strong Client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach. Proven record of accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated financial/quantitative skills needed for analytical evaluation/interpretation and construction of applicable business solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience cold calling and prospecting with good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.
  • Ability to travel as required.'
  • Valid Driver's License.
