Description

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, addressing questions, and providing product information.
  • Processing customer onboarding paperwork, in coordination with Operations and QA team, ensuring accuracy in pricing and conditions.
  • Assisting in the coordination of product delivery timelines with the supply chain team and inform the customer to meet customer expectations and timelines.
  • Managing customer complaints or issues by collaborating with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain, quality) to find prompt solutions.
  • Supporting sales teams by preparing reports on customer activity, sales trends, and performance metrics.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transaction histories in the CRM system.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications with customers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing and customer training campaigns.
  • Staying updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively support customer needs.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Experience
1 years: Account Management and Sales (preferred)
