Job Description
Play a lead role in driving insights to influence General Mills grocery channel such as ADUSA, Publix and HEB. Your work will help identify opportunities for General Mills and our top customer to grow together with best-in-class insights. Working closely with Sales, Brand, Centralized and Operating Unit Consumer Insights and other cross functional partners, you will influence with actionable insights to keep our organization and our customer focused on consumer/shopper first, and make insights-based decisions. You'll love the rich experience offered in this role - you will be working on multiple brands and various Grocery customers. Using both syndicated and quant/qual primary insights, you will bring together actionable insights to influence strategy, support selling opportunities and ultimately drive sales growth. You will also have tremendous leadership visibility in this role. Your daily audience includes Sales Senior Managers and Directors, and you will frequently interact with cross functional teams. You will also have plenty of opportunities to present both internally and externally to customer. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
