2025 INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS INTERNSHIPS

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

The Data Science intern will be partnered with a senior data scientist on the I&A team and will spend the summer working on data exploration and modeling tasks. Most internships focus on building models to support our marketing teams through clustering and predictive propensity, churn and lifetime value modeling.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:



  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a major in Computer Science or Data Science.
  • A Master's program graduation date of December 2025, May 2026, December 2026, or May 2027.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume and application will stand out if you have:



  • 2-3 years of experience working in Python
  • 2-3 modeling projects to show



ADDITIONAL DETAILS



  • This summer internship is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from both our recently renovated headquarters building in Kansas City, MO, and from your summer residence within the KC metro area.
  • Some relocation and housing assistance is provided for interns whose permanent address is outside of the KC metro area.
  • Our internship program is 12-weeks long, starting in late May and ending in early August.
