AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AMD Embedded Process Business Unit, you will drive growth for the critical market segment(s). You will be responsible for strategic marketing, customer wins, and market traction for the exciting and fast-growing AMD Embedded Processor product. You will drive customer engagement strategy and implementation for CPUs for Networking, and Storage market segments.The person will manage a broad range of outbound product marketing activities, with emphasis on driving revenue, winning customer designs, business development, design win strategy and implementation, sales-tools generation, driving product requirements for key customers, and sales training. The focus of this position will be on AMD processors for the Storage segment. THE PERSON: The candidate will have a strong sense of urgency in driving internal and customer organizations to achieve design win and revenue goals.Highly mature and excellent sense of judgement in evaluating customer requirements and driving accordingly. Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders at customers and within AMD. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and written/oral communication skills. Ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization. Effectively drive sales and business development teams to meet business goals. Demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills; diligent, detail-oriented approach is must-have. Inherent sense of urgency and accountability in all activities.
