STV is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our HR team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days/week in office) and can be located in one of the following STV offices; Boston, MA, Hartford, CT, Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD or Fairfax, VA. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic leader who partners with business executives and management to deliver comprehensive HR support. As a key member of the HR leadership team, the HRBP is responsible for alignment human resources practices with business objectives to enhance organizational performance, employee development and retention. This role requires an individual who can foster meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization, champion HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies while advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) efforts. Compensation Range: $138,562.00 - $184,750.00Don't meet every single requirement?
