Branch Sales Associate

We're excited to announce we are hiring a Branch Sales Counter Associate. Shift is Monday - Friday and some Saturdays occasionally. All new hires will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to the start date. Carrier is an equal opportunity employer.

• Counter sales- Greet customers, order equipment in computer, track parts for customers and communicate updates to customers.
• Keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Check new equipment as it arrives, check new equipment for damage, reorder supplies to ensure branch stays stocked.
• Answer phone, place phone orders, troubleshoot and answer any questions customers may have.
• Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.
• Provide counter sales support for our showroom/parts stores.

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in counter sales or other pertinent HVAC experience, preferred but not required. Will train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.
• Must be comfortable using the computer to look up equipment and cross-reference parts.
• Will be expected to work overtime if needed.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite daily.
