Serves as a coordinator and has meaningful relationships with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors. Major Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. 2. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. 3. Apply knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Assists in performing business operational process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology. 4. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements. 5. Solves moderate problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. 6. Impacts a range of customers, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Works within broad guidelines and policies. 7. Explains difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus. 8. Independently, interacts in a meaningful way with customers to help drive solutions. 9. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. 10. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Learning: REQUIRED Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education Work Experience: REQUIRED Two years' experience License and Certifications: N/A Age Specific Population Served: N/A OSHA Category: Category III - No employees in this job title have a reasonably anticipated risk of occupational exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials. Environmental Conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
