OverviewWe're looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Senior Content Designer to join us. We design the User Experience (UX) with words and language for AI Platform. The AI Platform organization builds the end-to-end Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AI Services, and the global Azure AI infrastructure for running the largest AI workloads on the planet. You'll work with our world-class design and engineering teams. You'll create new product experiences, and the words you design with will help customers learn, solve their problems, and get the most out of those products. You'll use data to understand how to improve experiences and content to help customers have the experiences they expect. You'll gain perspective into the future and a chance to shape how that future impacts of customers around the globe. What about you? ResponsibilitiesWrite friendly, brilliantly clear User Interface (UI) text with language that lands perfectly within the parameters of our voice & tone principlesDesign and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goalsCapitalize on multiple sources of customer data to inform your content designUnderstand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation toolsIdentify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholdersPerform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriateEmbody our Culture and Values
