Finance Analyst - Foodservice - Golden Valley, MN

OVERVIEW:

Away from home eating has been growing and is proving to be an even more dynamic environment now than ever! The custom food solutions business is one of the most dynamic, fastest growing channels within the North America Foodservice segment with customers ranging from smaller regional chains to national accounts. Foodservice provides a unique opportunity to work on strategies to win in a B2B space and this role covers platforms that will drive segment growth over the next 3 years.

Within the Custom Food Solutions channel this role will primarily be focused on support for Pizza platform across NAF - with an emphasis on supporting business growth through commercial pricing and cost execution.

The role will have direct involvement in execution and ongoing process improvement of commodity-driven index pricing models related to our pizza channel platform within NAF. Additionally, this role will provide product costing for a high volume of business opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver process excellence in execution of index pricing models.
• Partner with cross-functional team to effectively complete product costings.
• Synthesize many data sources to provide insightful financial modeling and return on investment analyses that drive decisions to achieve business results.
• Serve as pricing process SME for segment finance.
• Sustain index pricing model accuracy via governance processes.
• Responsible for index model change management, communication plans, and execution.
• Provide ad hoc support to financial estimate and planning processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting and 2 years of relevant financial experience
• Commitment to superior customer service, strong organizational skills and comfort with Microsoft Office tools
• Detailed-oriented, results-oriented, proactive
• Process and process improvement driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with and influence different stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Previous operating unit, sales/trade or supply chain experience
• Experience with product costing
