What You Need to Know

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, RCM Analytics, Lead Analytics Developer- RCM position is responsible for designing, programming, testing, fielding, and enhancing various reports that are required to support the business needs of

Revenue Cycle Management team across the enterprise. Additionally, this position should be able to support and enhance application interfaces and associated custom programs along with the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Work in collaboration with management, business users, IT developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and specify report requirements, and design, program, test, and field reports.
  • Work with RCM Operations and other teams as an analyst to understand their reporting needs along with business justification to document and capture requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards using tool including but not limited to QlikSense, QlikView and Microsoft Reporting Services.
  • Responsible for the development and updates of RCM reports across various reporting environments including but not limited to QlikSense, QlikView, Microsoft Reporting Services and MS Excel environments, including tuning, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
  • Work with vendors regarding their out-of-the box reports and data export to be consumed for internal RCM dashboards. Follow best practices in uses of the reporting tools.
  • Develop RCM Analytics solution to host data to support reporting and analytics.
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Identify data sources to extract business information for reporting purposes.
  • Investigate available data, identify and recommend best sources for building reports.
  • Assist RCM business users for their reporting needs.
  • Occasional use of Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) tools.
  • Serve as a key participant in the implementation and support of RCM ETL maps.
  • Support day-to-day RCM production reporting and processes.

Qualifications

Be the Best Lead Analytics Developer You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Minimum four years of extensive and successful Report Development experience using Qlik or equivalent tools, Microsoft Reporting Services, Excel and others, doing so across multiple domains and functional areas, and for users across all vertical levels of an organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Data Modeling and other analysis/design techniques for understand and support Data Warehouses that can accommodate star schemas, snowflake schemas, and relational data structures.
  • Significant knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and data mining concepts.
  • Solid experience solving complex Data Warehousing problems (e.g., data cleansing, performance, and scalability).
  • Revenue Cycle Management or Finance experience required
  • Experience working in MS Access, VBA, VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP, ASP.NET, and VB6 a strong plus.Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal), and possess good one-on-one interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced building dashboards using QlikSense, QlikView and other tools like SSRS and MS Excel.
  • Experience using MS Excel for reporting and quick data presentation needs.
  • Experienced with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+ versions of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
  • Experienced implementing SQL stored procedures, functions and triggers.
  • Experienced working with ETL tools including Microsoft Integration Services.
  • Experienced working with various file transfer methods (e.g. FTP).
  • Experienced working with scripting tools to automate data management and reporting processes.
  • Experienced utilizing Data Modeling tools (e.g. Erwin, Visio).
