JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Consultant in enhancing the work experience for their respective customers and colleagues. They will proactively support all services related to Human Resources and the Employee Work Experience. They are expected to collaborate and strategize with the Human Resource Consultants to improve, among other services: Recruitment, Leadership Development, Retention, Improved Customer Service, Wellness, Employee Recognition, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of administrative/customer service experience required.
  • Human Resources experience in recruitment and sourcing is preferred
  • Remarkable Customer Service skills required
  • Ability to make work experience better for colleagues required
  • Effective verbal and written communication required
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of emails, telephone calls, and in-person interactions required
  • Able to troubleshoot, identify, quickly solve problems including technical issues in the applicant tracking system (TALEO) required
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and assignment to meet deadlines required
  • Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) with strong computer skills required
