Senior Cloud Software Engineer (AWS)

Join a team of top engineers and design, build, and deploy cloud-native systems using AWS, microservices, and event-driven architecture. Drive business innovation and growth through scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable microservices-based software solutions leveraging AWS-native services.
  • Migrate legacy applications to AWS using containerization (Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in AWS, cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture patterns.
  • Verify high-quality, testable code using automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement event-driven architecture (EDA) using messaging queues (e.g., Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ) and API gateways.
  • Apply domain-driven design (DDD) principles to develop business-capable microservices.
  • Keep up with project priorities, timelines, and deliverables in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Conduct peer code reviews, complying with coding standards and best practices.
  • Deliver reliable and secure deployments using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
Must-Have Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C#, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile practices (Scrum), and SDLC.
  • Expert-level knowledge in building high-quality systems with AWS best practices.
  • Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with domain-driven design, microservice, and event-driven architecture.
  • Domain-driven design (DDD), entity modeling, aggregate roots, bounded contexts.
  • Microservice architecture service decomposition, API design, service orchestration.
  • Event-driven architecture (EDA), event sourcing, messaging queues, event handling.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range of $138,400-$185,600, depending on experience and skill level. Compensation outside of this range can be considered for qualified candidates.
