The purpose of this role is to support the areas of responsibility of the Change Management Team. Areas of responsibility include: * Change Management. LOCATION * Role provides the opportunity to work virtually. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Provide global support to end users for the areas mentioned above. NON-ESSENTIAL * Lead and perform system testing and coordinate UAT for IT ticketing system upgrades. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. * At least 3 years of experience working in IT Change Management. DESIRED * Master's degree in computer science. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS * Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals and skill levels.
