Overview The Senior Sales Manager brings to bear their sales expertise in Business Travel and Group Sales within the local market for hotels. This individual must be organized, detail oriented and able to identify, book and implement a profitable outcome. Success will be identified in achieving the set quarterly revenue expectations and individual goals for Business Travel and a Group Sales Market, clearly communicating with leaders and other departments within the hotel, and being proactive with work efforts. Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental. General understanding of both monthly forecasting and annual budget process within a hotel.
