ERP Product Manager/Product Owner/Project Manager

Salary - $100k - $110k

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Own IT ERP Systems, ensuring alignment with Accounting & Finance needs.
Collaboration: Partner with the Accounting team to optimize ERP solutions and support departmental goals.
Research & Analysis: Investigate system issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Opportunity Analysis: Gather requirements for process improvements and present project briefs for approval.
Project Management: Lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
Process Transition: Document solutions, train users, and oversee transitions to new processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on NetSuite updates and features.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years in driving process improvements to optimize accounting and finance systems
3+ years with ERP systems
Experience managing accounting-related IT projects in a Product Management/Product Owner/Project Management capacity.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
