DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is looking to add a Project Manager to their team specializing in Services & Repower projects. The candidate selected for this role will have experience managing multiple projects utilizing self-perform and subcontracted workforce. This role will direct and coordinate services and repowering resources on utility scale solar PV sites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the renewables industry space.

This is a remote role that requires travel to field construction project sites at a frequency between 25% - 50% dependent on project need.

This role does not provide Visa sponsorship.

Our Team

DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV, BESS, and Repower projects with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. What You Will Do

  • Ensure a "safety first" culture and site compliance following environmental and local codes and regulations
  • Responsible for overseeing the dispatch of a service team and materials to a project site
  • Proactively manage project scope, identify critical variables and devise contingency plans
  • Manage project schedules with the Scheduling team to meet critical deadlines
  • Partner with the Project Controls team to execute budgets and invoicing
  • Provide timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers
  • Build rapport with customers and find strategic opportunities to drive long-term mutually beneficial relationships

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience managing EPC and/or field service projects
  • Experience with cost estimating, scheduling and customer interfacing
  • Valid driver's license

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience managing utility solar projects
  • Knowledge of Services scopes within renewable energy
  • Experience with electrical design and utility scale PV equipment


For this role, we anticipate paying $140k - $180k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
