The Senior Network Engineer, operating under the general supervision of the Manager, Network Services, plays a pivotal role in designing, promoting, and supporting advanced network technologies. The Senior Network Engineer is a proactive individual who can leverage their experience and judgment to plan and achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Leverages a senior role to resolve network infrastructure issues and to design solutions.
- Troubleshoots technical aspects of the enterprise voice and data network infrastructure.
- Develops and applies best practices and procedures for solution delivery and support in addition to producing and maintaining detailed infrastructure documentation.
