Responsibilities Evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

Associates (required)
Experience
At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred (preferred)
