Job Description The Benefits Analyst supports the daily administration of Omni's employer-sponsored health & welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs. Reporting to the Corporate Benefits & Compensation Manager, this role assists associates, HR business partners, and the benefits team with program-related questions and tasks. The Benefits Analyst helps ensure compliance and provides data to support management decisions. This position is based in Dallas, TX at the Corporate Office. Responsibilities
Assist with health & welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs, including understanding eligibility, plan provisions, and policies.
