Program Manager, Federal Programs - Construction
Responsibilities IBTS is seeking a highly qualified and experienced NON-IT Program Manager with strong experience in the construction industry to join our team to provide comprehensive oversight for a current and future Federal program(s). This position is currently a hybrid position and includes hands-on Project Management responsibilities for a current federal program. As a program manager, the incumbent will possess construction management experience. The incumbent will also possess federal experience and expertise which they will apply in overseeing Federal projects and will actively participate in the ongoing growth and expansion of our client base as well as ensuring client objectives are met and challenges are solved. Responsibilities In serving as a Project Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring timely deliverables per client requirements; conducting engineering analyses, overseeing report generation and quality assurance of all report submissions; maintaining an appropriate ongoing relationship with the government client, teaming partners, subcontractors, other government personnel; supervise Project Assistant.
