We are growing rapidly and provide a collaborative work environment with excellent work/life balance. AMSOIL INC. is currently hiring a Senior Research & Development Chemist! This role is a lead technical contributor on the AMSOIL Chemistry Team, reporting to the Chemical Laboratory Director. They are responsible for applying knowledge and technical skills towards the development of new formulations to meet current and future business needs. Chemists in this role drive development projects, define project approach, and utilize fundamental or applied research as necessary to improve technical understanding, and enable concept maturation to product commercialization. This may be done through leveraging in house capabilities and external partnerships. In addition, R&D Chemists have responsibilities towards overall formulation management including collaborations with sourcing and production. Core Responsibilities:
