How you'll make an impact:

You will manage cross functional efforts within the SiriusXM and Pandora organization that involves talent. Working closely with both the Artist & Industry Relations team and the Content Marketing & Partnerships team spanning across external talent & partner talent initiatives. You will work hand in hand with Programming to shape and execute various initiatives & campaigns involving talent.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for various projects that include talent - spanning from brand campaigns, cultural month initiatives, marketing initiatives, emerging artist campaigns, etc.

  • Manage planning and execution of projects. Work cross-functionally across internal departments, including CRM, App Programming, PR, Social, Marketing, Creative, Events, Sweeps, OEM, Sales, Brand, and Video.

  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination to optimize the effectiveness of projects.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations & monitor/report on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing collateral and assets for initiatives.

  • Act as the quality control for talent imagery by coordinating approvals of marketing materials.

  • Facilitate a high volume of creative assets from conception to distribution.

  • Brainstorm and project manage creative artist strategies, content, and promotional opportunities aimed at increasing audience engagement, building brand awareness, and strengthening artist relations for SiriusXM.

  • Monitor workflows & assist with rolling out new workflows that improve talent operations.

  • Create, distribute, and monitor the performance of SXM links for talent shared through their networks off platform to drive awareness and traffic back into the SXM app.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of talent marketing initiatives.

  • Compile data & assist with creating recap reports for various projects highlighting their performance, impact, learnings, etc.

  • Maintain a finger on the pulse in the rapidly evolving landscape of the industry, understanding technological advancements, content trends, and shifts in talent dynamics.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience working as Coordinator.

  • An analytical mind and interest in data

  • Experience as a project manager or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently & cross-departmentally to manage projects with many moving parts.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in PowerPoint, Google Docs (Slides, spreadsheets) and open to learning internal systems such as Monday.com, WorkFront and Branch.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Highly collaborative.

  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva or other design software, is a plus.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We expect the salary range for this position to be between $44,000 and $57,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
