About the role:

This role will be joining the Debit Department team and will manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

What you will be doing?

  • Develops strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.

  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products/services.

  • Proactively identify and address client issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively to ensure high client retention rates.

  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.

  • Prepare detailed Client Success Plans with clients.

  • Resolve escalations for more complex issue by ensuring the right ownership.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
