The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Following established kitchen standards and recipes, policies of Columbia University restaurants and management, and health and safety regulations, the rounds person is responsible for the preparation and production of all foods in all areas of the kitchen. Reporting to Chef de Cuisine, the rounds person prepares food for events and the pop-up dining locations on the Morningside Campus. Responsibilities * Prepare meats, fish, vegetables, sauces, salads, and desserts in accordance to the recipes and directions provided by the chef. Minimum Qualifications
