JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

This is a hybrid position that provides administrative and clinical support to the Centerstone Recovery Transitional (CRT) houses located in Bloomington, Columbus, Scottsburg and Richmond IN. This position reports directly to the Manager of SUD Residential Services and supports leadership for all Residential Services Programs. This position is responsible for supporting the certification and re-certification process, aids in program implementation and staff training, and facilitates interdepartmental communication in order to support the integrative care model of Centerstone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisory Responsibilities for: CRT Care Coordinators and joint oversight of the Program Coordinators.
  • Supports clinical oversight for Recovery Housing Programs including attending team supervisions, providing training for staff, and assesses delivery of care in order to maintain high standards of on-site practice.
  • Oversees collaboration with health care, behavioral health care, criminal justice system and other service providers referring clients and for the purpose of assessment, treatment and discharge planning, including state operated facilities.
  • Responsible for Monitoring Budget including monitoring expenses, team performance, and Authorization Process
  • Supports Manager in staff management including recruiting training, and corrective action process
  • Supervised programs are meeting productivity standards. Clinical documentation, including treatment plans, for clients served completed in a timely fashion, according to organizational standards.
  • On call responsibilities for the CRT's.

Education Level

Bachelor degree in social services field. Education/experience equivalency accepted upon approval.

Years of Experience

Must have a minimum of five years' experience working with individuals with substance use disorders with a minimum of two years working in a substance use disorder residential or recovery house setting.

Pay Range:

$61,630.00--$86,400.00
