Job Title: Program Manager Location(s): Arlington, VA We are seeking a seasoned program manager who will own the end to end process steps from AWS customer application to solution build, in coordination with the existing program staff. Responsibilities: They are responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Required Skills: Project Planning and Management Stakeholder Management Requirements Gathering and Analysis Quality Assurance and Testing Reporting and Metrics Someone who has worked on process end to end and who has worked on metrics Years of Experience/ Education: May require a bachelor's degree 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
