Project Assistant - Biometrics

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Biometrics team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Support coordination and documentation for periodic safety trend reviews
• Communicate timelines to internal teams
• Follow up to ensure the review is completed
• Obtain final documentation file within study records
• Generate and maintain internal tracking reports and documents
• Provide general administrative support to the Biometrics teams as required (biostatistics, data management, eClinical, IRT, etc).
• Will include other administrative tasks as necessary.

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; and
• Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
