POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employee Resource Groups (ERG) Program Manager is an integral part of our organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Reporting to the Chief Sustainability and DEI Officer, this role supports the development and execution of our DEI efforts by leveraging data analytics and managing employee resource groups (ERGs) efforts. As a key partner to ERGs, committees, and human resources, the ERG Program Manager fosters an agile, engaged, and inclusive workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as a consultative support resource for our employee resource group leadership teams, assisting in achieving their initiatives, goals, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in processes related to ERGs and their key stakeholders.
  • Develops content for presentations for both internal and external DEI audiences, effectively sharing DEI data and relevant information.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners and HR to integrate DEI initiatives throughout the corporate functions, disciplines and practices, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, L&D, and engagement.
  • Manage projects efforts across the DEI team to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving as the project manager for the DEI Summit, Women's initiatives, Discipline forums, and other large-scale projects where DEI representation is needed/requested.
  • Plan and coordinate internal diversity events, while also supporting efforts to promote our DEI brand externally through client requests, surveys, and community engagement.
  • Design and analyze reports using HRIS. Develop DEI dashboard using internal metrics to be shared with various audiences within Milliman.
  • Serve as Employee Engagement ambassador for DEI Team and ERG's, funneling report request and data analytics.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  • The ideal candidate should have minimum of 7-10 years of transferrable work experience, including program management within diversity and inclusion, human resources, or other field.
  • The ideal candidate must have a passion for people and the understanding of inclusion concepts and how they relate to navigating a global, decentralized workforce with complex intersectionality.
  • The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Excel is essential, experience with PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
  • Must be a forward thinker with intellectual curiosity, who actively seeks answers when none are apparent.
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Must have high level of discretion when handling confidential information.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:



  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
  • Experience working in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


LOCATION:

This is a remote role. The expected application deadline for this job is October 20th, 2024.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

15% Travel; domestic and international

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
