Do you enjoy fast paced work, attention to detail and working in a production environment with a small, fun team? Do you enjoy being appreciated for the work you perform?

At Hallmark Business Connections, we are looking for Operators that have mechanical aptitude and the ability to recognize/problem solve mechanical issues. Must have the ability to work evening/night shift, longer days, and some weekends, based on business needs. Your primary shift will be evening/night shift.

The Operators are responsible for the set-up and operations of printing and mailing equipment on the high-speed lines. Assure that production deadlines are met. Maintain quality standards. Develop skills to diagnose mechanical issues to minimize press downtime.

The Operators will be located at our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO. Primary shift will be evening/night shift.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:



  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English.


  • 2 years strong, demonstrated mechanical skills with the ability to recognize, diagnose and problem solve mechanical issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • All candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends with little notice, especially during peak season.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts during peak season.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Must be able to work evening/night shift, as that will be your primary shift.
  • Must have strong communication skills, basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong, demonstrated computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Professional experience leading projects
