Duties of this position require industrial security oversight of multiple programs within Oceaneering's OTECH Division. The primary goal of this position will be to ensure compliance with Federal Government and Company mandated security policies and procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM). Oversight includes controlled information accountability and overall security of classified program information. Irregular work hours and occasional travel may be required. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Performs specialized security functions as the Facility Security Officer to ensure the company's compliance with customer regulations and contract requirements. Major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: o Must have leadership skills and be capable of managing a team of security professionals, prioritizing, and managing dynamic workloads. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Associate degree in a related field, bachelor's degree (preferred). o National Classification Management Society (NCMS). * Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer
