Position Title: Brake Press Operator - 2nd Shift
Wage: $20.59 - $22.37/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:30pm - 1:00am (Monday - Thursday) Join this awesome 2nd shift team as a Brake Press Operator in Mayville, WI, and help create top-notch mechanics for cables and hoses! Brake Press Operator Responsibilities: - Read and understand blueprints and routing, producing parts from the information obtained to the required tolerances - Ensure quality of the parts produced and perform first piece inspections and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality - Perform routine maintenance and maintain clean work area - Follow rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding - Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety Requirements for Brake Press Operator: - Possess and be able to use machinist squares, dial calipers and other inspection equipment to ensure the quality of the parts being produced - Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently - Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports - Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts - Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly beaverdamresumes@qpsemployment.com IND036 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
