Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Join Our Team at People Incorporated! Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? People Incorporated is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our team. In this role, you'll provide vital outpatient substance use services, supporting clients on their journey to recovery through evidence-based practices. Collaborating with community partners, you'll play a critical role in providing counseling, crisis intervention, and comprehensive assessments, empowering individuals, families, and communities to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. This role is community-based meeting clients where they are at this could include Outpatient clinics, encampments and same day assessments in the field. Great entry level position for newly licensed LADC seeking experience. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday during regular business hours, primarily in person work with ability to conduct remote telehealth assessments. Location: Twin Cities Metro Area Hiring Range: $28.33 - $29.57 hourly, plus $2,000 hiring bonus Main Job Duties:
