Machine Operator (201850)

Are you interested in joining a dynamic manufacturing team? Our client in Neenah is seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing company. In this position you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and production of our machinery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail!

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing customer orders and specifications
• Setting up and running the machine
• Making necessary adjustments to machine
  
• Packaging product
• Verifying packaging and labeling details are correct before shipment
• Performing preventative maintenance on the machine
• Other duties as assigned

General Information:

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm. Must be flexible with OT

Length: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18.04

• Prior machine operation experience (mechanical, not computerized) is strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be detail oriented
• Accurately calculate figures and amounts such as box/carton/skid quantities, and stock measurements
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Abide by all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand for entire shift
• Be able to bend, twist, rotate and lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis
