Position Title: HR Manager
Wage: Based on Experience An HR Manager job in Charles City, IA is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources with some experience at the HR Manager level within a manufacturing environment. In this position, you will handle recruitment and partner with staffing agencies, handle employee relations and performance management, and ensure compliance to HR policies and procedures. This fully onsite position reporting to the CEO will work collaboratively with the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, Safety Manager, and management team.
