Position Summary The ACT Team Lead establishes and maintains oversight and direction for the clinical and operational leadership of the multi-functional team to which they are assigned. They are responsible for maintaining and documenting regulatory compliance efforts of the team, providing supervisory guidance and support to all employees of the team including but not limited to coaching, counseling, corrective actions and hiring and firing of staff. They are also responsible for the fiscal security of the program which they lead, including maintaining proper census levels to ensure fiscal viability of the program, monitoring, and controlling expenses of the team, and ensuring the proper use and control of program funds.
