We work directly with the largest global aerospace companies including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Lockheed Martin, and many others. JOB DESIGNATION The Operations Intern provides assistance on routine problems to the Value Stream Managers. Gains an overall knowledge and technical proficiency in operations with departmental objectives. JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Assists with current production processes to manufacture products, using applicable methods and procedures * Participates in developing and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures * Works to gain overall knowledge and proficiencies with operations tasks and processes * Responsible for supporting unit initiatives * Learns and understands systems and processes within a regulated industry * Assists Value Stream Managers and Production Supervisors with managing and execution of daily targets * Other responsibilities as assigned * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
