The Field Service Representative (FSR) provides technical support and customer solutions for the HMPT Transmission in tracked heavy brigade vehicles. This is a full-time contract position located in Poland.
Essential Functions:
This will be an extended travel position for periods of one or possibly two year periods. It is a full time contract position located in Poland. The successful candidate will support heavy brigade tracked vehicle HMPT transmission troubleshooting a repairs. The position requires the ability to obtain CAC security clearance. The selected candidate will provide technical support and solutions to customers for the HMPT transmission, and hands-on troubleshooting and repair in adverse environments.
The FSR will work closely with both customer and Government personnel on site and will be required to communicate regularly with management and engineering team in Muskegon MI and draw upon the knowledge and resources at RENK America.
Provide individual product incident and retrofit reports and weekly reports in the established format and in a timely manner.
Must cultivate and maintain inter-organizational relationships and outside customer contacts.
Must be able to provide theoritical and hands-on maintenance training to up to 10 personnel at a time following established training outlines.

Education: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Will consider candidates with a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in lieu of formal education.
8 years minimum hands-on assembly / troubleshooting / mechanical / repair / testing experience in technical support of power train components.
Must be able to pass a security background check and obtain a Controlled Access Card (CAC).
Travel is required (OCONUS). Must be willing to travel by air.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
Vehicle access capability required. Must be able to meet the anthropometric requirements for combat vehicle ingress and egress.
Must have excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
Must be able to effectively present technical training material and provide hands-on training to an audience of up to 10 people.
Must be able to diplomatically communicate with customer and RENK America personnel and maintain composure, especially in stressful situations.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times, including personal, work space, and company provided equipment.
Must support and comply with all customer and RENK America ethics standards at all times.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Hands -on experience maintaining the HMPT transmission preferred.
Tracked vehicle knowledge and maintenance experience preferred.
