Position Summary

Oceaneering is seeking a CUI Program Lead to support the management and sustainment of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) across DoD Programs and internal platforms. This position requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of CUI guidelines and compliance with the ability to lead policy and procedure updates, develop training, and assist with other program implementation activities. This role also requires a candidate who can effectively communicate to a variety of audiences, including senior-level management, program managers and key stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

THE CUI PROGRAM LEAD WILL MANAGE ALL DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CUI PROGRAM TO INCLUDE:

* Serve as the SME for all inquiries and activities related to controlled unclassified information.
* Provide strategic guidance to the project team for CUI program implementation.
* Provide strategic guidance for any CUI new software or hardware implementations.
* Administer and track CUI annual training for all employees requiring access to CUI data.
* Review daily reports generated by the current DLP software and address issues and concerns.
* Act as liaison to DLP software providers to pursue irregular behaviors or new functionality requests.
* Update policy documents such as training modules, standard operating procedures other process forms.
* Complete document reviews and ensure accuracy of CUI markings per customer guidelines and CUI policies and procedures.
* Provide oversight for the handling, dissemination, and destruction of CUI materials.
* Perform tasks related to requests for CUI to be placed on removeable media.
* Review program deliverables for quality and compliance with CUI guidelines per contract requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
* Provide a high level in internal and external customer support.
* Ensure business unit level documentation related to the CUI Program is up-to-date and changes are communicated in a timely manner to employees.
* Work with Corporate IT Security and local IT regarding CMMC and CUI processes and tools, including the updates and dissemination of existing software and processes.
* Collaborate as needed with Corporate IT Security and local IT team regarding CMMC and CUI processes.
* Manage the CUI Program in a manner that supports OTECH's core values; Do Things Right; Solve Complex Problems; Grow Together; Outperform Expectations; Own the Challenge.
* Other duties as assigned by the Security Manager.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in related field.
* At least 3 years of experience supporting federal clients.
* Security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
* Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
* Knowledge and full understanding of DoD Instruction 5200.48 Controlled Unclassified Information policy.
* Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of 32 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2002.
* Experience with oversight of Federal CUI programs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams.
* Ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of complex problems.
* Ability to coordinate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and senior-level clients.
* Experience developing reports, briefings, and decks and presenting them in a professional and influential way.

DESIRED

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Understanding of NIST SP 800-171 Compliance.
